Job Description:-

• Proven abilities in enhancing process operations, optimizing resource & capacity utilization, escalating productivity & operational efficiencies while curtailing costs & expenses.

• Comprehensive experience in coordinating, planning and implementing changes to technology, machinery & equipment, process methodology.

• Experience in managing maintenance operations for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.

• Developing SOP to bring the unit pollution free for getting the Concern to Operate Certificate from Pollution Department.

• Suggesting process modifications and developments to make the plant viable by reducing manufacturing cost.

• Assessing cost of production and suggesting management regarding cost benefit analysis.

• Supervising total plant operations encompassing material planning, stores, utility budgeting and other allied functions for accomplishment of overall business targets.

• Executing cost reduction plans, projects, new systems and processes.
