An elite investment bank is looking for Operations Analyst to join it's team in Jersey City, NJ. The successful candidate must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include: the analysis and setup of distribution events such as ADR payments, reconciliation of accounting system, the input of new payments into the income system, and DTCC EDS elections.Qualifications:
- Strong experience in and knowledge of US income processing including ADRs (global is a plus)
- Proficient is SWIFT communication
- 3-5 years financial services industry experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
