My client has a number of new products to assist fund clients in the marketing and distribution of funds.
One of the new services is there Support Services within their Client Service Delivery team which is aimed at helping managers produce and disseminate key pre and post-sale marketing collateral.
This role is an URGENT hire - we are looking to get this person started immediately
Client Service Delivery. This includes:
* Recording of client change requests
* Managing client deliverables
* Preparing client communications and progress updates
* Preparing internal incident reports for errors
* Managing deliverables of departments vendors and internal service providers
Sales support. This includes:
* Capturing of client requirements
* Help in the preparation of commercial documents
* Help in the pricing of services
Client on-boarding. This will include:
* Preparation of client on-boarding plans
* Coordinating deliverables on client implementation plans
* Monitoring and reporting of plan to actual
* Logging and overseeing the resolution of issues
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience working for an asset manager or vendor providing marketing support services
* Detailed knowledge of KIID and fund factsheet production
* Client service delivery focused
* Working in cross business line virtual teams
* Dealing with service and data vendors
* Proof reading and QA'ing production outputs
* Educated to degree level
