Description

- Responsible to provide 2nd level maintenance and restoration for GPON/Core related equipment in the network
- Perform detail alarm analysis on the network
- Properly judge the complexity of the Fault, call for multiple expertise support and/or escalate to 3rd level Support Engineer or Vendor Engineer effectively.
- Cooperate in multiple expertises Fault handling.
- Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the network.
- Provide incident report on the technical fault for the network.
- Investigate customer complaint and resolution.
- Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster.
- Ensure the tasks are carried out in accordance to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
- Working Hours - 9am 9pm (Monday to Friday)
- Working on shift
- Working in Klang Valley
- Prefer only Malaysian citizen

Qualifications Required
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Telco/ICT industry, preferably level 2 engineer currently holding similar position.
- Experience in Telco/ICT network Operations & Maintenance activities & processes
- Experience in the following Huawei equipment is a plus - RM9000, U2000, S2300, S5300 and S9300, CX600, - NE40E, MA5612, MA8245, SmartAX MA5600T and Firewall/SIG - Eudemon 8160E.
- Managed Services experience is a strong plus
- Excellent team player
