My client, a leading Banking Group is looking for a Control Optimisation Analyst to help deliver commercial change, working closely with the Control environment team.
The successful candidate will be required to build relationships with Control colleagues to develop individual risk profiles and express risks in a clear and consistent manner. They must also secure ownership and accountability for risk through process owners. The Control Design and Environment Team will be implementing the lowest cost 'ideal state' solutions, therefore the candidate will need to facilitate the risk and control assessments by documenting the key risk themes.
In order to be considered for this role the candidate will need to have a detailed knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks, as well as Risk and Control techniques, Governance methods and Facilitation. The candidate must also have previous Retail Banking experience in risk and control from being responsible for control activities in an operational role. Finally the candidate must be personable as you will need to be developing relationships at all levels across the board.
