Hello,

Job Title: Exchange Admin

Location: Marietta, GA

Duration: 9 months +

Responsibilities:

Provide product support to users and stakeholders including content managers, portal owners, applications development, and applications support teams
Assist the tier-2 support team to preemptively detect and correct system issues
Coordinate and manage the change request and deployment process with Microsoft Shared Services.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in deploying, administering and maintaining enterprise-level Exchange
3+ years of experience PowerShell Scripting
3+ years of experience working with Active Directory in support of Exchange
Ability to lead BPOS services based initiatives as they relate to Exchange, Office Communicator, LiveMeeting and BlackBerry Exchange Services
An understanding of the relationship and dependencies of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
A solid knowledge foundation of Microsoft Active Directory
Must be self-directed and have a proactive approach to resolving support issues and working with limited on-site supervision
Strong interpersonal and communications skills and be team oriented
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and implement them effectively
Excellent problem solving skills and customer support skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Flexibility is a MUST.
