Strategy and MI Director, Conduct Risk, (12 month FTC)A leading financial services organization inLondonis seeking a team of senior conduct risk professionals to work on an exciting new 12 month programme focussing on communications and training, assessing conduct risk, design and roll out of a conduct risk principal risk and the production of management information for strategic decision making.
The responsibilities of the Strategic and MI Director include:
- Driving the Strategy and Management Information workstream to support Conduct Risk Management.
- Developing and agreeing approach to embedding conduct risk management into strategy and business planning.
- Developing MI solution to support Conduct Risk Management framework
- Driving current state assessments of MI supporting Conduct Risk Management across the business
- Driving assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls used to mitigate Conduct Risk within the strategy and planning processes
Requirements for this role include:
- Knowledge of risk management techniques and concepts
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and developments in particular an understanding of the FCA's approach and objectives
- Ability to manage reporting lines and relationships across multiple disciplines and at all levels
- Understanding of business strategies and risks associated with evolving, regulatory compliance issues
- Understanding of different frameworks and processes for good governance, operational risk and compliance.
- Astute in financial, business and operational aspects of banking.
Salary - £90,000 to £110,000
Duration - 12 months
