2nd Line IT Support Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer/IT Coordinator.

Duration (2 years rolling - contract could roll for 4- 8 years with potential rate increase each renewal)
Location: Haasrode ( near Brussells)
My client is a very large global manufacturing company and we are looking for an IT engineer to join the EMEA support team. You will be supporting users throughout Belgium and EMEA so fluent English is mandatory and Dutch/Flemish is a nice to have.
Technical experience/skills required;
* Office 2003
* Office 2007
* Office 2010
* Exchange 2007
* Exchange 2010
* Windows XP Pro
* Windows 7 32 bit
* Windows 7 64 bit
* Explorer IE8, IE9
* Lync 2010 if possible but will get training on it.
* Networking Fundamentals
* Active Directory
* Blackberry setups
* iPhone setups
* Printer Installations
* Advance knowledge of Excel, Word and especially Outlook.
* Hardware - Desktops, laptops.
* Ghost (reimage desktops and laptops)
* Knowledge of TCP/IP
* Knowledge of DHCP
* Knowledge of Proxy
