Role - Ca/SiteMinder Technical Lead

Our client a global consultancy is looking a Ca/SiteMinder Technical Lead for a rolling 3 months contract in Luxemburg. The ideal Ca/SiteMinder Technical Lead will be Responsible for working with the different business units to develop the IAM Design and engineering design to support the business and operational requirements for either new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
Required Skills:
- At least overall 7-10 + years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems
- At least 5+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications
- Prior participation in deployments of at least one identity and access management product such as: CA/Netegrity SiteMinder/IdentityMinder as primary skill and Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle identity Analytics (as secondary skill).
- Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans
- Experience managing projects through the full system development life cycle
- Some experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to write report segments and to participate in presentations
- Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
- Role Base Access Control implementation experience
- Application assessment understanding and profiling to integrated with IAM suite
