Ihre Aufgaben:
- Identify and address business changes, driven by the new business model and SAP, on all level of the organizational hierarchy (BU management down to users)
- Plan and manage all required activities to enable an efficient transition from the old to the new business model
- Ensure proper resource assignment training on and communication of planned activities
- Ensure and control activity related progress reporting (time, scope, budget, risks)
- Derive especially special required training activities
- Ensure proper resource assignment training on and communication of planned activities
- Lead all training activities, incl. definition of approach, definition of plans and assignment of resources (train the trainer)
- Ensure the availability of proper training materials
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts and escalate in time, as required, to overall project management
- Build up good relationships (honest, open, direct, critical, constructive) to the various stakeholders on all level of hierarchy
- Ensure up-to-date training documentation / tools and proper hand-over to the support organization after final Go Live
Ihre Qualifikation
- Relevant experience as change management and training manager within similar projects and industrial environment
- Proven international rollout experience in leading positions (full-lifecycle)
- Relevant experience in SAP project management methodologies
- Deep understanding of SAP ERP (data, processes, organization, systems land-scape)
- Industrial business background, preferred in the logistics/manufacturing area
- Strong people management and communication skills (up to C-Level)
- Relevant experiences with training tools (e.g. Datango) and procedures
- Fluent in German and English
