Description
This Project Manager role is within the Funding & Liquidity stream of the Cash, Collateral and Liquidity Technology group, which is tasked with implementing scalable technology infrastructure to support the CCL Operations functions described in the following paragraph.CCL Operations provides funding and liquidity management services across the organisation. This is made up of intraday funding advice (cash and collateral based) across central and agent bank accounts, liquidity and payment release management, cost allocation to business units, balance transfers, analytics and trend reporting and Management Information reporting.
The strategic system components will be designed to perform their functions across multiple business areas and across all settlement venues globally. Flexibility, extensibility, and configurability will be key to the design of these components. Plant components require definition, build and implementation. The scope of delivery will include an intraday predicted balance (today and future) representation, payment release functions, internal / external payment matching (for intraday accurate account balances), balance transfer functions, trend analytics, liquidity utilisation (and charging) module, integrating with a centralised transaction event datastore. Supporting infrastructure for monitoring components will also be included.
The project manager will be accountable for US representation of the global program. With US based Operations stakeholders and Operations Change group, passionate and confident representation with appropriate delivery ownership is key to the program success. The production quality of delivered components and ownership of Level 3 production support will also be a key responsibility of the successful candidate.
Main Function
This new Project Manager role is within the programme team, delivering projects against cost, schedule, quality and time - with responsibility of representation in the US timezone across two delivery streams.
The program will deliver an enterprise-scale solution for the effective management of CCL Operations functions, across multiple business areas and settlement venues. The project manager will manage the day-to-day activities of the cross-displined team of approximately 10 persons including BA, Development and QA resources in New York and Pune, as well as taking a lead role in Latitude's representation to US based stakeholders. Projects run from the NY location will be managed in conjunction with program activities assigned to BTB teams across Europe.
