Description
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- Ability and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (i.e. Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
- Must have at least ten (10) years of related experience in completion design and execution
- Demonstrated experience in Deepwater development
- Demonstrated experience in the budgeting, design & completion of producing/injector wells and the fundamental knowledge of offshore rig operations
- Demonstrated experience in NODAL systems, tubing and casing stress load definition and evaluation, sand control assessment and methods, flow assurance constraints, floating rig and open water operations and subsea hardware and deployment
- Demonstrated experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders demands and issues on a Global scale
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong acumen for technology development and innovation
- Willingness to acquire additional competencies through structured learning and professional exams, all this while contributing to projects or assignments
- Demonstrated experience working in the field, participating in the full life cycle and completions experience of Subsea Wells
- Knowledge of well analysis tools (i.e. WellCat, Prosper or WEPHS/HORVIP)
