E-Resourcing have an urgent requirement for a SharePoint Consultant to join a leading end user client based in Leeds.

We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to take ownership of SharePoint, undertake analysis, build, design, maintenance, management and implementation of SharePoint services.

Responsibilities:

.Specify customer requirements

.Responsible for Servers in SharePoint farm, includes set-up and configuration, trouble-shooting and Performance Optimisation of SharePoint Services on Servers, maintenance of Web Front End Servers, Indexing Servers, and some aspects of maintaining Database servers.

.Creation and maintenance of Sites and Site Collections, as well as all associated databases and services

.Qualification, Installation and Maintenance of any Plug-in, Feature, Web Part, Template or Solution, including 3rd party software or applications.

.Responsible for back-up and recovery practices, and maintaining integrity and reliability of access to information.

.Responsible for set-up and configuration of SharePoint Business Intelligence Services.

.Responsible for establishing and/or maintaining end user access policy and permissions.

.Responsible for implementing and maintaining search services, including defining search scopes.

.Responsible for implementing and maintaining user profile properties, including "MySites" functionality.

.Responsible for coordinating and implementing best use practices, and communicating with company management best use scenarios.

.Support the software deployment process

.Produce and maintain appropriate and accurate system documentation

Experience required:

.Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a technology based subject.

.Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

.Must demonstrate knowledge of, SQL and Relational Database design in a client-server environment.

.Must have extensive knowledge of SharePoint Administration (preferably with SharePoint Qualifications - MCTS or similar)

.A working knowledge of the Bespoke Product Life Cycle

.Must be a team player, able to demonstrate good problem solving skills, be analytical and flexible.

.Enthusiasm and being highly motivated is essential along with the ability to take responsibility and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

.A full driving licence is essential.
