Responsibilities
  • Creates and manages tickets to vendors.
  • Provides support to Network Field Operations.
  • Reviews database ticket issues.
  • Interfaces with various departments within the unit regarding created tickets.
  • Opens, updates, and closes tickets as required to track progress of mobility cell site trouble resolution.
  • Assists and supports Field Operations and outside vendors.
  • Maintains documentation of daily operations.
  • Follows established policies and procedures.
  • Actively engages with others to understand issues and gather necessary information for ticket resolution.

SKILLS
Must possess an ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and have a desire to work in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent PC skills, typing skills, telephone etiquette, and effective verbal skills. Strong MS Excel skills needed. Strong analytical skills, highly motivated self-starter with technical, problem-resolution and interpersonal skills required. Must have the ability to work independently without supervision. Strong project management, organization, and written and verbal communication skills are critical for success.

Desired Skills: Experience in CTS and/or FORCE, ability to work on multiple internal systems.
