Responsibilities
Database installation, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and day to day database management tasks.

SKILLS
Must have intimate working knowledge of Oracle DB and products like RAC, RMAN, DataGuard, Flashback, OEM, Gateways and APEX. Mid level GoldenGate experience is a plus. Unix and Linux is a must. Shell Scripting along with a working knowledge of infrastructure elements like storage, network & OS as it relates to the database required. Must have knowledge and experience to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience with Security Controls like SOX, PCI will be an added advantage. Candidate must have strong interpersonal & communication skills and be a team player. Candidate must also coordinate and provide 24x7 on call support as needed. Expertise in Database Design is required.
