Hyphen are looking for a Deputy Lead/Mentor/Coach who love helping others, where nothing is too much effort and who take pride in delivering a fantastic customer service.
In a positive and professional working environment the client will provide training on various processes and products but we need you to:
Have coached in a Financial Services environment
Have sound knowledge on FSA regulation/legislation
Be able to collaborate and work in a team environment
Have the ability to lead and inspire others
Have good relationship building skills
Have good time management and problem solving skills
Have excellent 'attention to detail' skills
