C developer, Embedded OS knowledge (Linux),
Position based in Shannon Ireland
Urgent opening in Shannon, Ireland for 2-3 resources with experience level requirement of 6 + years
Rate: euros/day for Ireland candidate and £35-£40K PA for UK
Ireland national can apply and if willing to continue in Shannon on long term (ie more than 4 months)
UK national can apply for this job where it is required to spend initial 3-4 months of effort based out of Shannon, Ireland
Skill Set
C developer, Embedded OS knowledge (Linux), encryption & compression protocol knowledge. (optional, but desirable), Performance tools eg Vtune (optional, but desirable), Shell/Perl Scripting (optional, but desirable), Exposure to Free BSD or linux internals development/testing. Kernel-level programming is desirable but not mandatory, whereas framework/debugging tools/strong on c language on Linux is required.
