Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for coordination of base installations, technology configurations and deployments Infrastructure project workstream for all PBglobal countries.
- Ensure the day to day deployments and configurations within the project phases on the system delivered in time and quality
- Ensure a very good relationship between the AMEX - datacenter workstream and the Payback - Infrastructure workstream
- Steer and coordinate all AMEX DC - Payback - Infrastructure workstream calls and Issue logs
- Plan very exactly together with other sub-project leaders the Tranistionphases, cutover and early live support phases for all PBGlobal Countries
- Therefore backup for the Operations sub-project leaders
- Working in out of office hours with oncall or smaller shifts during the hot project phases is required
- Responsible for the setup and delivery of all PBGlobal environments incl. the Infrastructure in time and quality
Ihre Qualifikation
- Project leading experience (advantageous within IT Operations Projects)
- Experience with project Management methods like prince 2, waterfall or others
- Experience in IT Operations and/or Customer Process Support from other programs
- Technical skills and experience over more than one technology like Application and/or web servers (especially WLS) and SUN JDK and/or Oracle JRockit and/or database application, network or storages
- Basic Business Consulting experience is helpful
- ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
- Absolute analytic approach in operational issues
- Monitoring and alerting principles and development know how
- Office Tools ( MS Project, Power Point and Excel)
- Professional skills in MS Project
- Strong documentation skills
- Experiences with deployment tools and deployment procedures
- Security awareness
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Strong English skills
