My client has asked me to compile an initial shortlist of locally based Contractors, to take part in a encryption rollout, across the business, for 3000 + plus users.
Day to day duties will involve working as part of a team installing a pre-written encryption script on to end user's desktops.
In this role you will be working, primarily under your own direction so it is paramount that you are an effective trouble shooter. You will of course be required follow instructions accurately at times, but also be able to come up with your own solutions and take initiative when necessary.
As you will be interacting with the end user on a day to day basis, it is important that you are approachable and patient with people. Also you will be an excellent communicator and be able to convey the necessary information to non technical members of staff in an effective and constructive way, to assure that an excellent service is provided.
Time scales on this project are set to be tight, so effective time management and good organisational skills, are extremely important to the hiring manager. As such you will have demonstrable experience working to time frames, whilst still providing the highest level of service.
