Description
Responsibilities- Adjusts, investigates and settles, WC and Liability insurance claims of a moderate to severe nature.
- Examines claims and other records to determine insurance coverage, best practice compliance and appropriate resolution for the claims.
- Recommends proactive action and tracks adjusters activity regarding resolution and/or settlement of claims in accordance with prescribed authority.
Must have Workers' Compensation adjusting experience. Requires a college degree and two to four years experience in claims adjusting. Strong communication skills, written and verbal required. Experience considered in lieu of college degree. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs needed.
