Business Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. A Business Systems Analyst's role is usually undertaken prior to the system design, building and programming stages of the systems development process. Works closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution. Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization. Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs. Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements. Negotiate options with the client.
Requirements:
Sharepoint Developer using Sharepoint 2007 and Sharepoint Designer 2005
MS Access Developer using MS Access Professional Plus
Web development (JScript, CSS, aspx, HTML, etc.)
Description:
Develop Sharepoint Application with Sharepoint 2007 Front End (including workflows) and Access forms/reporting/query objects.
Experienced with database connection using DB2 and SQL 2005.
Responsibilities:
Design and setup a Sharepoint application to enable most current reporting including roll-up reporting from a number of Sharepoint lists.
Sharepoint application should include single and batch data entry and update from various users and data sources.
- Sharepoint development (pipeline dashboards)
- database Back End to Sharepoint
- data extract and cleansing (AIMS updates for pipeline DB)
- automate data load into DB
- Report and query development for MS Access or SQL Server.
Requires BS or BA degree and 4 years experience
