Description
OSS Technical Support consultant required (Incidents, Problems, Consultations) for SMSC, MMSC, OCS Billing/Charging solution, IN prepaid solution.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and capability to investigate deeply and solve issue autonomously.
- Participate to knowledge sharing (maintenance experiences, troubleshooting documents update, etc)
- Contribute to test platform maintenance and update.
- Prime contact for any request dealing with maintenance and services
- Participate to meetings with customer and issue weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain and update maintenance processes defined with the customer.
Preferred candidate around 5 years experience, already working with main Telecom operators or vendors in France for similar solutions.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory!
