Role: NPO (Network Performance Optimization) Lead
Duration: 2 years (Rolling Contract)

15-18 Years in a similar role
Planning, Guiding, Executing and Monitoring, RF Survey, MW LOS Survey and DT & Optimization projects of RF Division for timely execution
Timely completion of SSV (Single Site Verification) & Cluster optimization by executing the drive test based on the Customer requirement by meeting the desired KPIs
Analysis of Traffic Trend & Planning of new sites for Capacity improvement based on Coverage & Quality in Wireless Network
Review of all improvement plans received from the RF Performance SMEs for feasibility and impact and seeks necessary NHQ approvals for implementations
Studying of RFP received
Proper Utilization of Drive Test equipment as per revenue generation
Exploring new drive Test Tools to reduce cost per tool
Ensuring close coordination of optimization activities with NPI team in NHQ
Maintaining the Network Quality Index
Quarterly Drive Test & Optimization Suggestion Based on Drive Test
Analysis of Paging Strategy & working for improvement of the same
Technical competency development for the team & knowledge sharing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Traffic trend monitoring, maintain the level & improvement steps
Planned and ensured technical training of RF resources for RF Surveys/LOS Surveys and DT & Network optimization
