Our client needs experienced Oracle OBIEE expert skills, onsite in Copenhagen.
We need a consultant that can help with data modelling:
- Be an experienced dimensional data modeller. Having at least 3 years' documented experience in minimum two different projects.
- Be able to gather requirements from the business, design and document a dimensional data mart, implement and test it
- Have ETL experience ( the client is in a transition from using PL/SQL to using DataStage).
- Be creative and outgoing. You should be able to work on your own and take initiative and speak with business and IT organisations.
- Act as a sparring partner/mentor when introducing/working with dimensional data modelling in the team.
- Have experience with unit testing the developed data models for ad-hoc analysis (and not a report-centric approach to testing the solution with fully tested dashboards etc.)
- Not be responsible for setting up semantic layer and create analysis/reports in OBIEE
The most important part is to help building up dimensional Datamodelling competencies within the organisation, and help ensuring delivers using best practices.
