3 x Commercial Managers required for a major Central Government Organisation based in Central London.

*Due to the nature of the role, CTC Clearance will be required

The Commercial Manager post will be both customer and market facing with specific responsibility to improve service delivery, deliver substantial efficiency savings, process efficiencies and mitigation of substantial risk in multi-million pound projects.

A strong emphasis will be placed on your ability to support the tender/bidding process; leading or supporting:

* market and supplier engagement (RFI/RFP and supplier open days);
* developing and drafting tender evaluation criteria;
* the moderation/evaluation of tenders;
* developing and drafting business requirements in consultation with the operational department
* developing and drafting the key commercial principles, service packages, prices & charging mechanisms and terms & conditions;
* drafting tender documents;

KEY TASKS:
* developing and drafting RFI, RFP and evaluation criteria, including interfacing with other business units for business requirements;

* Analysis of responses to RFI & RFP, including using the e-Sourcing system to generate management information and reports for analysis;

* Design and implement moderation and evaluation processes, including drafting moderation principles. Provide training and support to other moderators and be key contact point for supplier feedback and questions on the procurement process;

* Assistance in developing content and conducting supplier/external events such as supplier open-days and briefings;

* Assisting with procurement management activities, including managing procurement actions and timelines, managing communications internally and identifying and managing risks and actions log. This may include managing other team members;

* Developing the specification of requirements in partnership with the operational departments;

* Assistance in developing and drafting key commercial principles for the procurement, including identification and configuration of service packages, terms & conditions and pricing & charging mechanisms;

* Assistance in drafting the tender documents and supporting information
