Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve the Australian healthcare system by enabling access to high quality health advice, triage, referral and health information.

Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Analyst to join their service desk team.

The Customer Support Analyst plays an important role working in a multi-stakeholder environment to respond to user requests and work with the broader support team on process improvement and standardisation of tools and procedures.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Significant demonstrable experience supporting online solutions in a Customer Service capacity
  • Prior experience in a support role with involvement in process and system improvement
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in IT support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience liaising with external and internal vendors and stakeholders
