Service Now/JIRA/HP Quality Center Administrator

Required experience/skills:

§ In-depth knowledge and technical experience with Service Now, Jira and HP Quality Center

§ Ability to work as a team member.

§ Excellent communication skills with both IT and business.

§ Should be able to follow the standards at the organization level and able mentor the developers.

§ Prefers to work in a collaboratively and co-operatively environment with others across the international network and Matrix organization.

§ Result oriented: sets high standards, has high analytical skills and delivers accordingly, and takes actions to ensure that others do the same.

§ Languages: fluent English + French + Dutch is an asset.

§ Minimum 3 year of experience with the following skills:

Service Now/Jira/HP QC administration, patches, upgrades

§ Minimum 4 years experience working with multiple Team/Onsite/Offsite work experience

§ Experience in engaging with test teams and UAT users, review test cases

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center Administrator to work in our Brussels office.

This person will be joining the IT Tools team and will be the team member focused on Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center administration for an existing infrastructure.

The role of the Technical Specialist is threefold:

Service Now (50%)

Execute the following main tasks for the continued use of Service Now:

Incident Management

System Enhancements

System Upgrades

Creation of new workflows

Creation of new services

Creation of new service catalogue items

Jira management (30%)

General management (Testing, analysis, ) of all elements of the JIRA workflow applications (analysis)

Manage the offshore Jira development team and ensure the delivered work meets company requirements (project management)

Evaluate and prioritize tasks as they relate to program delivery during weekly meetings with the Methodology and QA team

HP Quality Center (20%)

Maintain the applications from a technical point-of-view.

Analyse needs, propose an action plan and follow-up on implementation.

Ideally, the specialist is a bit of an all-rounder, having an in-depth knowledge of Service Now, Jira and QC.
