Job Description:
Will be responsible for Project Lead/Business Analyst Duties for New System Development in an Agile Environment.
Our Client is looking for a PM who has experience leading financial systems development efforts with the following technologies: Java and Oracle databases. PM will NOT be developing Java applications, Oracle databases etc. BUT instead the PM needs to have experience leading efforts that utilized these technologies because they have to have an understanding/knowledge of Java and Oracle.
- Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation
- Identifies items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort.
- Facilitates effective communications between all parties involved in the project and/or work efforts. This will include meetings, correspondence, status reports and other documentation.
- Manages the project issues throughout the project life cycle.
- Communicates the implications of changes to the project scope with senior management and other appropriate parties.
- Responsible for ensuring all work efforts have appropriate documentation for audit purposes utilizing project methodology standards in accordance with the ISSM.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Extra 4 Years Work-Related Experience (Total 11 Yrs Work Experience) Required
- 7 Years IT Experience in Leadership Capacity on Multiple Concurrent Project Teams Required
- Project Manager with Experience Leading Financial Systems Development Efforts Required
- Java/Oracle Database Knowledge/Experience Required
- Knowledge of QTP/Win Runner Software Required
- CMMI Experience Required (In regards to CMMI experience, the manager is looking for a candidate who has worked in a CMMI environment/shop).
- PMI Certification Preferred
