Job Description & responsibilities

Customer Ticketing Support

  • Individual will support the customer ticketing process Qualifications:
  • The candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, ISP's, Router configuration.
  • Customer Service Training, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other general applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting objectives
  • Minimum 2 years experience in wireless network technologies and environments.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts during non-business hours. Core Competencies:
  • Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Takes a logical and orderly approach to analysing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to span departments to assist in resolving network event outages. Searches and implements creative solutions, going beyond the traditional and accepted.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet objectives and solve issues in stressful situations
  • Ability to work with people from various backgrounds.
  • Identify internal and external customers and meet or exceed their expectations in an efficient way.

Ticket Support Analyst

  • Individual will support the customer ticketing process Qualifications:
  • RF cellular maintenance or engineering background is a plus
  • Customer Service Training, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other general applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting objectives.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in wireless network technologies and environments.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts during non-business hours. Core Competencies:
