Role:

Our client are one of the largest education institutes in Victoria who have one of the most leading and busy cutting edge IT departments. Their IT department are looking for an excellent and Service Delivery Manager to look after their IT Service Management.

You must have a background in planning, implementing and managing the support and delivery of IT services to meet the clients operational standards. The successful candidate must have proven leadership, well rounded in Information Technology and a solid ITIL background with Prince 2.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Lead the delivery and support of IT Services to the clients staff
  • Provide effective reporting on incidents, systems or applications performance metrics that are clear, concise and delivered on time
  • Provide support and technical advice to the other ITS groups, ensuring the development and implementation of policies and procedures and the monitoring of compliance are in line with the ITS Strategic Plan.
  • Actively contribute to the development, implementation and regular review of the core objectives and strategies of IT Services.
  • Provide frameworks, methodologies and standards applicable to the Client Services Team and ensure these principles guide development to improve business processes.
  • Manage a team of 8
  • Set priorities, implement action plans, measure performance and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Client Services Team.
