Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Analyst to join their service desk team.
The Customer Support Analyst plays an important role working in a multi-stakeholder environment to respond to user requests and work with the broader support team on process improvement and standardisation of tools and procedures.
Key skills and experience required:
- Significant demonstrable experience supporting online solutions in a Customer Service capacity
- Prior experience in a support role with involvement in process and system improvement
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in IT support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience liaising with external and internal vendors and stakeholders
