The Finite Group in Canberra have an urgent  requirement for a MS Dynamics CRM Specialist. This is a contract opportunity to start ASAP until 30 th June 2013 with a possible extension or conversion to Permanency possible.

Skills Required

  • A functional and technical understanding of Dynamics CRM, backed by at least 2 years direct experience in configuration, deployment, customisation and development of the product
  • Formal training and certification in Dynamics CRM is preferable
  • A desire to work in a high-performing team while being capable of autonomously delivering solutions within strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to prepare solutions for tender responses and clients


  • Customisation of Dynamics CRM within a series of rolling CRM deployments Customisations include custom and standard entity configuration, JavaScript, dialogs, workflows, ribbon customisation and base CRM install configuration
  • Detailed analysis of business process for new business requirements and process for new business units and workflows
  • Implementation of queues, roles and customisations to entities. Consideration also given to data migration, data quality and usability
  • Generation and maintenance of Deployment Guide, Design Documentation and Test documentation. Including update of design documents as necessary to reflect change requests and newly implemented functionality
  • Integration with external systems including SharePoint and Exchange
  • Analysis and documentation of system requirements
  • Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how Dynamics CRM can best meet client's requirements and objectives
  • Client training and support including preparation of user and technical documentation
  • You will work on large enterprise implementations
  • You will be able to discuss ideas and solutions with other CRM specialists
