Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve the Australian healthcare system by enabling access to high quality health advice, triage, referral and health information.

Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join their service desk.

The Operational Support Analyst will be responsible for providing first level support as assigned. This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting, actively resolving user and partner service requests and incidents.

Key skills and experience required :

  • Significant demonstrable experience supporting online solutions in a helpdesk/client support capacity
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in IT support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience liaising with external and internal vendors and stakeholders
