A 12 month fixed term contract (maternity leave replacement) for a Campaign Effectiveness Advisor to join this large scale Financial Institution based in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.

The Campaign Effectiveness Advisor, will be required to join the Group Marketing Division and be responsible for providing strong business acumen on the marketing direction, and develop frameworks for continual tracking and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities and deliverables of the Campaign Effectiveness Advisor will primarily focus on the following deliverables;

  • Support the Business Units and Marketing team in strategy development
  • Project Manage group wide innovation projects
  • Identify and advise on options for future activities
  • Outline training and development requirements
  • Target advise on campaign models to increase response rates
  • Target advice on campaigns and support strategy development
  • Complete recommendations of decisions surrounding the Campaign direct marketing plans
  • Identify opportunities to drive value for customers
  • Communicate complex and detailed information
  • Provide strong business acumen and leadership on the marketing direction

To be successful for this role you will hold the following key experience and attributes;

  • 6 or more years experience in advanced customer analysis or customer campaigns Database
  • Required tertiary qualifications in a quantitative discipline and/or Marketing, Information Technology
  • High level skills and ability to communicate in a commercial manner at senior levels in the organisation
  • Proven organisational skills ability to plan and manage teams and activities across all areas of Customer Marketing
  • Commercially focused with deep understanding of the Business Unit's strategies with the ability to link them to data driven marketing activities to drive business growth
  • Ability to impact and influence stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service to internal clients
  • Proven communicator of complex ideas and solutions easily and effectively - ability to influence others
  • Strong computing/analytical skills, especially in database software. Specifically strong knowledge and hands on experience using Unica for campaign management and SAS (DB2/SQL would be an advantage)
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment & service internal clients
  • Working knowledge of developing statistical models (not mandatory)
  • Superior Analytical skills - analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Appreciation of the sales process in Business Unit (either Gl/Life, Banking or Super and Investment)
  • Ability to quickly identify key issues when presented with a business problem
  • Experience in Database Marketing techniques
  • Extensive expertise, experience and capability in the discipline of Customer Management
  • Marketing Activities related to Business Unit area (either Gl/Life, Banking or Super and Investment)
