Team members will be engaged in some or all of the following:* Project Managing the full end to end of the support
* Incident Management - Tier 3 support
* Problem Management - Root Cause analysis
* Capacity monitoring of the DM systems and planning upgrades
* iManage Worksite Applications Server Monitoring and Support
* IManage Filesite, EMM and Offsite Desktop Software Support
* Monitoring and support of the in-house Refiler product
* Managing and monitoring the DM - SAP interface
* Supporting the in-house Active directory / DM security synchronisation process
* Monthly Reporting on Service Level and DM System Health
* Continuous Operational Improvement
* Autonomy Product Updates (Technical Refresh)
* Supplier Management (ie with Autonomy)
* Support for Business Continuity Tests
* Delivery on Change Requests
* Service Introduction (i.e. for new DM Projects)
* Managing and Monitoring the SharePoint Interface (future project)
* iManage Records Management Desktop Software Support (future project)
* iManage Records Manager Support (future project)
Technical Skills
Must have:
* Specific Enterprise Content Management solution exposure
o Document Management / Records Management
o Autonomy iManage WorkSite
* Autonomy IManage Worksite Server, WCS, EFS, Worksite Web 8.5 and/or 9.0
* Autonomy IDOL
* Autonomy IManage Filesite, EMM, Offsite 8.5 and/or 9.0
* SQL Server including SQL Scripting
Nice to have;
* RecordsManager / Autonomy Meridio / Microsoft SharePoint / OpenText, etc
* SharePoint based Workflow solutions (ideally Nintex)
* Microsoft Office development
o Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) / Office automation
