VP - Conduct Risk Design Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a senior Risk Management/Controls specialist to form part of a new Conduct Risk Programme for a Global Top Tier Bank. A Conduct Risk Design Manager is required to play an integral part of this high profile programme. You will be initially working at group level but you will also be involved in key pieces of work at business unit level.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with the design and embedding of a Conduct Risk and Control Framework across the organisation
• Development, production and user testing of key design workstream outputs
• Facilitating interaction between key programme stakeholders and Conduct Risk Design Team
• Status updates and reporting to Design Workstream lead

To be considered for this role you will have a background in risk management and controls and will have previously worked for a large organisation at both group and business unit level. Advanced Microsoft office skills are also essential for this role and candidates will be conversant with Visio.
