Description
Our client is a world-class property management company, they are seeking a Financial Controller to join their business. The position will be responsible for day to day operation of the property/service charge accounting function of their Residential portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure properties are closed monthly, client statements produced and VAT reports calculated
- Manage the six month forecast and annual service charge budget processes with the Property Teams
- Manage the year end accounts processes and ensure the service charges are audited and packs are issued
- Continuously review processes and procedures and implement improvements Management and motivation of a small team
It is essential you have experience of working for a large property business and are a qualified accountant. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
