Release Manager Wanted!

- Negotiable rate based on experience
My client is a government organisation looking for a release manager with previous health industry exposure. The Release Manager is responsible for the release & deployment management process for the project. This includes prioritising, scheduling and coordinating tasks across a range of teams including third party vendors to produce a 'next release' of the project based on approved Change Requests, enhancements, new functionality and fixes.
SELECTION CRITERIA
2. High level experience in the design, development, enhancement & implementation of complex systems.
3. Extensive experience in managing a team of consultants/contractors/staff.
4. Extensive knowledge of health care systems and health processes.
5. Experience in managing multiple disparate/interrelated projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
6. Experience in managing vendor contracts and developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting, public presentation and consultation, and the ability to negotiate and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
8. Current driver's license recognised in NSW and capacity and willingness to travel to business and corporate service locations within NSW regional towns and centres ad-hoc and overnight, and the ad-hoc requirement to work outside of normal business hours.
