My client is a leading property management business with an enviable mixed use portfolio. They are looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join them on a rolling contract during a time of change.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up reporting processes for new properties
- Preparing Year End annual service charge accounts
- Calculating tenant payments on accounts
- Resolving service charge enquiries Maintenance of service charge information on the system
- Bank account reconciliations and Query resolution
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Service Charge/Property Accountant who has a demonstrable track record of providing excellent service within the property sector. It is imperative that you have used Qube/ECS.
You will be an excellent communicator both orally and verbally and be used to high level interaction across the business.
