Position Title: ICT Officer (MSRP-Peoplesoft)
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Grade: P.3 (International Professional Category)
Job Responsibilities:
-Providing expert technical advice on specific areas of technology - PeopleSoft (HR&GP, Finance, Supply Chain, EPM Planning & Budgeting, and/or Enterprise Portal)
-Undertaking technical analysis of the new/amended service solutions developed by the Functional Specialist team
-Assisting the Functional Analysis for new or enhanced functionality by the interpretation of functional needs into technical specifications
-Developing and clarifying the detailed technical specifications for development by the external Managed Service Providers, and implementation in the business
-Contributing subject matter expertise for applications development, providing expert knowledge for applications development and implementation in conjunction with external Managed Service providers
-Liaising with external Managed Service Providers, sometimes requiring activities to be undertaken in very short timescales
-Undertaking quality assurance of delivered solutions from a technical perspective and reporting to the Senior ICT Technical Analysis Officer (Team Lead)
Essential Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-University degree in ICT or relevant subject
-A minimum of 8 years ICT experience with at least 4 years experience in a technical applications development capacity
-Technical experience of service development in the following areas:
-PeopleSoft applications development and tools.
-Experience in one of: Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources
-Network technologies
-PS 4-tier architecture
-Experience of developing detailed technical requirements and detailed specifications for service development following a well established Applications Development Lifecycle Methodology.
