Description
Our client one of the largest IT and T organisation based in Melbourne CBD is looking for a Contact Centre Architect.
The purpose of this role is to lead the development of the customer solutions architectures and provide technical leadership throughout the customer project delivery life cycle in the Contact Centre Domain.
Previous experience in the Contact Centre Domain is essential along with experience with relevant technologies such as Genesys, Verint, and IVR/Speech application development.

Key Responsibiities:
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of baseline solution architecture, target solution architecture and future roadmaps for the Contact Centre domain
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for individual business initiatives based on Contact Centre domain expertise.
- Provide assistance to the sales and pre-sales teams in the formulation of conceptual solution architectures and derivation of delivery costs associated to them.
Key skills Required
- Experience in architecture, design and deployment of complex (ie large-scale, high level of technical
- Demonstrated understanding of typical Contact Centre business processes and operations.specification) Contact Centre technology solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Deep domain technical background, including implementation experience, in one or morevendor technologies: Genesys, Cisco UCCE, Verint, NICE and/or IVR/Speech applications.
- Demonstrated understanding of related technologies including virtualisation; web technologies; voice and data networking; SIP and IP Telephony; and database architecture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practice methodologies such as ITIL, Agile and PMBoK.
