Description
We are looking for Senior Project Manager.
Need to have Level 3 Security Clearance.
Ideal candidate would have experience installing Honeywell Security System.
Location: Ottawa, ON
1 year contract
- Project Management for projects in Ottawa and surrounding areas.
- Ensure on time delivery of projects, within scope and budget.
- Manage contract requirements, lead an installation team, and assist the sales team in the preparation of job estimates, proposals and presentations.
- Manage safety program for assigned projects.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve customer issues.
- Ownership for Projects' financial performance.
- Ensure that subcontracts, where applicable, are complete and documented.
- Ensure that Change Order Management requirements are met.
- Provide completed project documentation and work with service team to handover the project to warranty service.
- Keep informed of customer needs, requirements, systems status, and actual or potential customer problems
