Award winning Professional Services Company requires a Network Security Specialist for a short term contract to provide support of security and network systems to internal and external clients.
Your role will involve being responsible for;- Juniper Firewall
- Security
- LAN/WAN network upgrades
- 4+ years experience with integration projects Troubleshooting IP Network issues
- Network and hardware migration
- Develop, plan, test and implement network related products.
To succeed in this role you have a;
- Minimum 5 years plus experience working as a Network/Security Engineer.
- Strong understanding of the Checkpoint and Juniper (security and network) domains
- Working knowledge of ASA, PIX, F5 LTM, GTM, APM
- Either CISSP or related security accreditation
- A good understanding of both Checkpoint & Cisco Networks
- The ability to work in a small dynamic high performing team with the experience of working in a fast-moving complex environment
- Knowledge empowerment to on site team
- Enjoy being technically challenged
- Excellent attitude, presentation & communication skills are essential for this significant project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as well as a demonstrated ability to problem solve and exercise judgement while working independently.
