Knowledge Analysts with ServiceNow experience Needed in Lake Forest, IL
Selected Analysts will work for the next 2 years ensuring all functions related to the upkeep of knowledge documents and adoption of the new knowledge related work processes:
- Inventory all departmental knowledge templates & documents for migration to ServiceNow
- Perform a Quality review of knowledge documents and ensure knowledge meets documentation standards and is consumable by the intended audience
- Assist the Knowledge Manager with process definition and tool support
- Assist with the knowledge review process to ensure relevance and accuracy of knowledge articles
- Assist the Knowledge Manager with developing & producing monthly metrics
- Train Authors & Reviewers on standards, templates, and process
- Monitor and report on process performance
- All other job responsibilities as assigned
Requirements - Technical Musts
- ServiceNow experience
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Office 2010 suite of productivity tools
- 4+ years of professional experience in the areas of document analysis, quality audits and quality control
- Must be able to communicate and persuade
- Must be able to work independently
Technical Pluses: Windows Exchange, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
