We are seeking IT Security Engineer for 6 month contract position in Duluth, GA.

The incumbent will be part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) organization responsible for maintaining and supporting the access management tools, processes and procedures within ITS to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of infrastructure and applications.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (ie, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with identity and access management technologies, including SAML, XML, Active Directory, and Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Strong knowledge in areas of Access management, such as: Enterprise Single-Sign-on, Directory Services, Role Based Access Control, Two-factor authentication.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Device Management.
  • Experience integrating PKI solutions with Active Directory and LDAP authentication technologies.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating System platforms: Windows 2003, Windows 2008, and Windows 2012, not limited to performance optimization tuning, implementing best practice standards and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience with provisioning and distribution of certificates to users, PCs, laptops, Mac computers, network devices, domain controllers, and the like for network access.
  • Strong Scripting automation experience with Powershell 3.0, ADSI toolkits
  • Knowledge of Information and IT security methods, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for selected access management tools and processes that are standard within the infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Identity & Access Management engineering team on industry best practices and trends.
  • Work as part of the Identity & Access Management engineering team which is responsible for AD, ADFS, PKI and all identity life cycle environments and tools.
  • Design and configure solutions to support SAML 2.0 based authentication to internally hosted and cloud based web applications.
  • Work closely with IAM development and information security partner teams to define requirements, design architecture, develop solutions and create support documentation.
  • Develop process documentation for updates, patching, and software deployments.
  • Identify potential security risks and implements appropriate countermeasures.
  • Tracks and maintains compliance metrics as requested.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, developers, engineers and support personnel to develop highly scalable, globally deployed authentication solutions.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for authentication solutions.
  • Cross-train monitoring team for day-to-day ongoing maintenance and configuration
