Description
Under limited supervision, serves as primary liaison between users and IT Project teams to analyze business and functional requirements and establish data requirements and processes related to Imaging. Evaluate business requests to determine requirements, feasibility, and recommend business solutions.
1. Develops, validates, documents, and maintains business and functional requirements and conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.
2. Work with business and IT Project teams to support requirements gathering
a. Analyze business problems around Customer Relationship Management
b. Develop user requirements based upon business client input
c. Conduct requirements gap analysis and collaborate with business users
3. Work well in a team, and directly with business users. Job requires:

d. Broad understanding of business sales processes and systems.
1. Evaluates business requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options.
2. Leads and manages user acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met.
3. Responds to questions from business and IT Project teams.
4. Evaluates and tracks new or enhanced solutions to determine potential issues and communicates how problems may affect business and recommends solutions.
5. Responsible for change management activities, Q&A testing, troubleshooting, and investigation of imaging issues.
6. Performs task automation and implements process improvements; recommends enhancements that result in increased quality and service.
7. Maintains regular and predictable attendance
8. Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 5-7 years IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, etc.
Preferred:
- LOMA Certification
- ARA Designation
Required:
- Basic Word, Intermediate Excel, SharePoint 2010, and SQL/Query skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
- Advanced investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage the requirements process
- Ability to develop and work with requirements documents, Use Cases and test cases.

Preferred:
- 8+ years IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis, Data Analysis, etc.
- 2+ years Life Insurance industry knowledge
- 1+ years Imaging project experience
- Experience with OpenText Imaging Products - Case 360, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, and Manager View
- Experience with SSRS reporting
- Familiar with Oracle PL/SQL
