Systems Analyst - Utilities and Environmental Protection

This position closes at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10th, 2013.

This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

Our Client is looking for a Systems Analyst.

This role is to provide business and systems analysis and design skills for a multitude of projects throughout Utilities and Environmental Protection (UEP).

Required Skills
• Must be a skilled analyst with minimum 5 years' experience.
• Must be able to gather requirements and translate those into functional specifications.
• Strong Interpersonal skills to work with business units.
• Assertive, yet persuasive.
• Ability and willingness to work with many groups.
• Willingness to work within the guidelines of Information Technology.
• Must have experience with Request For Proposal (RFP) preparation and evaluation.

Desired Skills:
• Business analyst experience.
• Previous work experience with Municipal, Government Organizations or equivalent endeavors.
