IT/CRM Business Analyst/Coordinator
Montreal Associates are currently looking for IT/CRM Business Analyst/Coordinator, to join Our customer's Customer Process Solution Team in Espoo, Finland for 12 Months.

Required education and skill level: Degree or equivalent, 2-5 years of professional experience
Location: Espoo, Finland
Description:
- Support roll-out of global tendering and ordering tool to client's front lines (lots of virtual team work, occasional travel)
- Support a network of global key users to take the tool into use and realize its benefits
- Collect requirements for new functionalities in the tool, analyze and propose solutions which meet the business needs
Expectations and deliverables:
- The drive and project management skills to deliver results to a tight deadline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Change management, training and facilitation experience an advantage
- Understand and experience of CRM systems and tendering/quotation tools an advantage
- SAP knowledge/experience an advantage
- English working language, the candidate must have fluent written and spoken English
