Resident Engineer in Hungary für Quality Preplanning (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Communication with the client
- Create planning for quality tasks based on project planning
- Collect lessons learned information from similar product within the group
- Collect and review FMEA and control plan for similar product within the group
- Revision of drawings and continuous update during project phase
- Revision of tolerance chain and feasibility based on production process defined
- Revision of all associated standard
- Define critical characteristic of the product
- Define CMM measurement plan
- Create product specific training material (critical points, assembly conditions, etc…)
- Manage Engineering change
- Create documentation and define control method and frequency
- Manage customer sampling (PPAP) in each milestone, if necessary on customer portal too
- Define master parts
- Monitoring process capability
- Coordinate PDCA to improve product, process
- Follow product quality (geometry, rework, scrap, etc…)
- Train internal auditors based VDA
- Train internal auditors for FORMEL Q system
- Prepare FMEA modules (Incoming material, Stamping, welding, painting)
Ihre Qualifikation
- To guarantee conformity of purchased parts and material used for our production
- To guarantee that quality of product always agreed with customer for each delivery
- To have clear tracking of parts shipped and quality level associated
- To guarantee all production and control document ready before production start
- To guarantee only trained staff in work (operators, shift leaders, line inspectors, etc…)
- Audit product, process and TLD
- Regular meeting with customer
- To hand over all knowledge about the product, process to quality engineer
