Release Manager - Banking - London - Up to £550pdOur Client, an investment bank, are currently looking for a Release Manager to work in their London Office, on a long-term contract basis.
The successful candidate's main skills will be:
* Experience of ground up configuration of RTC for defect tracking, source control and release management.
* Good knowledge of SVN, JIRA, Quality Center (ALM) and Wiki (preferably Confluence).
* Understand concepts of Oracle database objects (script deployment & logging).
* Ability to work closely with development & test teams.
* Ability to follow processes & identification of areas for improvement.
* Ability to generate weekly & monthly updates (number of releases, Change tickets).
* Windows and Unix Operating systems.
* Scripting in Unix.
* Excellent communication & organisation skills.
* Strong self-motivation. Effective prioritisation skills.
* Relationship building skills.
* Supervisory experience.
Financial Experience and Excellent Communication Skills are Essential.
